The Process
STEP 1: CREDIT RESTORATION AGREEMENT:
On this page, you will find the credit restoration agreement that all customers must sign in order for our staff to start working on your file. Please review it carefully and, when you are ready, sign and click the “next” button to go to the next page.
STEP 2: CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
In order to send out dispute letters on your behalf, and communicate with you effectively, we need your full name, date of birth, social security number, full address, best phone number and email address. Please complete this page in its entirety for speedy results when we start the dispute process. After submitting your information, you can click on the “next” button to go to the ‘upload documents’ page.
STEP 3: PAYMENT INFORMATION:
In order to start the credit restoration process by building a credit analysis and preparing your first dispute rounds, we first need to obtain your payment information for the future.
STEP 4: CREDIT MONITORING:
We need your credit reports and credit scores in order to begin the credit restoration process. Pulling these reports through established credit monitoring companies, such as Privacy Guard, Smart Credit, Identity IQ and MyScoreIQ, makes the process simple and quick. One of the reasons we use these monitoring companies is to be able to login to your online credit monitoring account every 30 days and check for updates to your score and credit reports. Please visit multiple credit monitoring companies’ sites and choose the one that fits your budget. Then enter your username, password, security word and report provider in the credit monitoring boxes on the right. If you have your credit reports, please contact us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to submit them to our processing department.
STEP 5: UPLOAD PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION:
The next step is to upload a copy of your social security card, ID documentation and proof of address—preferably a recent utility bill. The credit bureaus need this information to establish your identity. If any of these documents are not available, proceed to the next screen, but ensure that you send the document(s) to us as soon as possible. After submitting them, click on the “next” button to move to the ‘credit monitoring’ screen.
FINISH:
Once you complete all steps, your information will be sent to our processing team to begin the credit restoration process. If you skipped any section during the online process, please contact our office so we can gather the documents or information needed, to avoid any delay in your restoration process.
